Meet Barwon Child, Youth & Family staff member Aliesha. Learn about her journey from being "on the couch at home for 2 years" before becoming a trainee with us through our partnership with Northern Futures. Having now completed the traineeship, Aliesha has been successful in becoming a full time member of the BCYF staff. Her development and contribution to the organisation has been incredible.
